Return Process

Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unwashed, uncut hair extensions or wig in its original branded box, ensuring all tags and protective nets are securely attached.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
